Looking good at looking up
Is this going to be a big trend for 2014 – telling consumers to look up from their mobiles, to get out of the social feels and pay more attention to the real world?
This Coke version is a little questionable. Not even sure it’s official.
However, Unicef have have put this great and very simple mobile build out – The Unicef Tap Project. Just put your phone down and don’t touch it for 10 minutes. Every 10 minutes means the sponsor donates a day of clean water. During that ten minutes there’s messages from the charity, nothing too needy – just some good strong facts and comparing you to others who have taken the challenge.
A benchmark for any ‘look up’ messaging has been set, executed relevantly and well.
